Clean up UAE (and Oman) 2005

ENHG volunteers with the rubbish collected at Jazira	University and college students joined this year	The Masoudi site was soon crowded with students	Each student received a cap, T-shirt and gloves
Once again the Municipality provided a great deal of support	Damone was one of the generous sponsors of the day	Rubbish was soon piling up around the site	Male and female students participated this year
Students from Al Ain University of Science and Technology	The refreshments were very much welcomed	Supplies of some refreshments were gone in a few minutes	Volunteers waiting for juice
Camera crews were on hand to record the event	Municipalit staff and equipment removed the rubbish and tidied the site	Plastic was again the most common type of rubbish collected	Students enjoyed the day the organizers reported

The ENHG was one of the organizers in Al Ain	Students spent about two hours collecting	Teachers, municipal workers and other volunteers	The Al Masoudi area is a popular picnic site
